Poor Families that have annual profit of less than VND 8 million (US $470) per Child and the bourgeoisie who enjoy Social allowance will be provided with loosely Health Insurance cards. Needy households that win from VND 8 million to VND 12 million (US $470 to $705) per man per year will undergo 50% of the value of the trim Insurance card. Health assurance cards will be granted in several phases but this mission will end in the First Three months of 2009. Poor Families who have a Claim less than VND 5 million (US $295) per Individual per year and those who use Social excuse will have VND 500,000 and VND 400,000 per one’s own flesh and blood this Lunar New Year from the city’s Budget.
